Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables by Joshua McFadden

3.0

I love how this book is laid out and the premise of the book (only eat in season). The introduction is great. I tried 4 of the recipes and all were good. One was really great and I will definitely make it again. This cookbook provides ideas for flavor profiles, more so than recipes. But I think that’s intentional as in the intro he discusses to taste taste taste when cooking!
