Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood by Oliver Bowden

3.0

I wanted to like this book since because it has an interesting premise. I'm not a gamer, but I have heard of the game series on which this book is based. However, it started off so slowly - and this is with fighting scenes on just about every page for the first 1/5th of the book. That's actually why it's slow. It begins to pick up after a while when it focuses more on letting the plot unravel. Of course, the battles and fighting continue, but the characters are also developed just a bit more. Thank goodness. Overall, it was definitely a good read, but it won't be among my favorites this year.
