The beginning of this book can honestly guide you into falling into the negative thinking echo chamber yourself, so beware. It was great however to see, and be reminded, that marriage is HARD. Everyone goes through lulls, and getting back to being yourself; rather than just surviving the work day and laundry list of chores, is the key to finding true happiness in yourself and your relationships.
