I was not familiar with the comic before I read this book so I didn't know what to expect. I did snicker a couple of times but, in general, a lot of the comics were either unfunny or trying too hard to be edgy. I was surprised that one of the authors is a woman as there seems to be a lot of misogyny in the comics. Aside from these issues I had, I am going to guess that the included comics have been presented in release order however, especially as someone who has never read any of them before, I feel as though they would have been better presented in thematic groups e.g. all of the death comics together, all of the slutty witch (yes! That is an actual character in a comic in 2020!) together etc.
On the more positive side, I did really enjoy the death comics; they had a bit of a Pratchett vibe to them.
