The Art of Kung Fu Panda 2 by Tracey Miller-Zarneke, Judi Barrett

3.0

I thought this one, as far as "The Art of [movie]" books go, leaned a bit too heavily toward the nitty-gritty technical aspects of the designs. This isn't a bad thing - budding graphical designers could benefit greatly - but it just doesn't appeal to me very much. When I start reading about the decision over a whiteness-to-iris ratio in a character's eyes, I'm ready to skim over the text and just soak in the beautifully designed and detailed images instead.
