Thoughts:
This book can be summed up in these words = a lonely boy, a lonely girl, 2 moons, hand holding, Janáček’s sinfonietta, NHK fees, boobs, cults, guns, bodyguards, strange storms, pregnancy, long distance love, a ghost written book and more boobs. I wish I loved this book, however it was just not in the cards. This is the longest it has ever taken me to finish a book. I want to let it be known that I enjoy Murakami's writing overall (even though mundane and repetitive at times). He at least kept me engaged even if I was rolling my eyes at certain (if not most) moments. I might even be willing to read another book of his, but if in one of his other books he makes one blatant remark about a female breasts or body parts again, I am going to off myself. With that in mind, I should probably just steer clear. I have never heard so much talk of boobs and their sizing in my life. His hyper fixation on it is just too much.
Would I recommend this:
Nope.
Paperback/Hardcover/Audiobook/E-book:
Partial paperback and partial audiobook
How did I discover this:
My sister’s fiancée’s sister sent me a very sweet book box with some of her favorite reads.
Pace:
Slow. Pull out your hair type of slow.
Cover thoughts:
The cover might be one of the only good part of this book. I actually enjoy it a lot.
POV: (single or multi)
Multi – Mainly between Tengo and Aomame. I wish Tamaru had a pov cause he was the only likeable character personally.

Adult/minor relationship, Sexual content, Pedophilia, Murder, Rape, Child abuse, etc.
