Reverie
by Ryan La Sala
You know when you love a book so much that finishing it is both a joyous and an absolutely devastating experience all at once?
Cue me right now, crying into a tissue feeling full of inspiration but also grief because I can never experience this story for the first time again. And what a freaking experience. The imagination, the imagery, the characters who exist to tell their own stories but you can see fragments of yourself in. Reverie is a bittersweet ache in the chest and holy hell some of the plot twists knocked me off my ass.
I wish I could give this 500 stars.
