Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

* 4.5/5 stars.
I actually don't have a lot to say about this book apart from the fact that I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. It met my expectations, but it also didn't exceed them. All in all, I had a lot of fun reading it and I'll pick up the sequel for sure.
One quick note for people who haven't read it yet: Please don't let the cover scare you off! The book is definitely not as creepy as the cover or the photographs make it out to be and I would categorize it as more of a fantasy book than a horror story.
