Peaches and Honey: These Immortal Truths
by R. Raeta
Strange but compelling
Writing it in present tense was a choice. One I struggled to get past.
It reads a bit more like a journal rather than a novel, some passages feel more like summaries rather than plots/action.
Overall, I think Peaches and Honey is an ambitious novel that would have benefited from more stringent editing. 3.5 stars.
