“Hurt people only hurt more people.”

Kaida a human has spent her whole life enslaved by Dragons whom she despises. They slaughtered half the human population 1000 years ago. Forced to serve her Master wishing for a way out- one day she’s rescued by the Dragon Prince of Elysia. On the way to the palace, he reveals to her a secret about herself that will not only enrage her but also change her life forever.

This was sort of unique read because of the fact that Dragons are the main race of the realm and all humans are basically slaves to them. It was clean and entertaining but lacked a bit. It just seemed kinda cliche and nothing really stood out except for the Dragons being in charge. If you’re looking for a simple clean dragon story with a basic romance, then this might interest you. I do give the author props for it being her first book and might try the next in the series at a later time.
