I am so grateful that this duology is complete because I NEED Ravyn and Elspeth to get a HEA! That cliffhanger is wild!
I like that this book is easy to follow, but still has a good but of world building. Love the Gothic vibes, and that each of the cards has its set of powers, both good and bad.
I have a feeling that Erik and Ione will have a bigger role to play in book 2. And likely Opal, too. They were always looking out for her in their own way after all.
