This book should be taught in high school history classes all over the US. I never learned most of the history in this book before. The deconstruction of racist ideas and the racist policies that go with them were fascinating. I appreciated how Kendi brings up overt and covert racism and explains how these statements and actions are wrong. The facts and data are clearly sourced and the extrapolation of the same was inspired and well-thought out.
