The Match: A Novel
by Sarah Adams
*listened to audiobook*
I liked the representation and inclusion of service dogs and how impactful they could be on someone’s life. I understood why she kept falling for her family’s shenanigans, but also wish she had cut them off sooner because I hated them. The third act breakup annoyed me because it was caused by a simple assumption that could have easily been avoided, especially when you remember that Jake is a divorced man and Evie knows on some level that his ex-wife exists out there in the world.
