This was a tightly plotted psychological thriller feautiring realistic explorations on motherhood and brain injury. I loved the relationship between Lilian and her sister Rosie, and how the story was told, as we find out more about Rosie through her journal. For the first half of this book, I had no idea where the story was going, but I was so invested on the characters and the mystery unfolding that I didn't care. The scene with the baby monitor creeped me out and the ending was very emotional with the two sisters. If you love psychological thrillers with depth and realistic plots, then I definitely recommend this one!
