Aviva and Jack have a bully romance with a strong foundation. Aviva transfers to Reina U from Stanford, determined to find out the truth and expose what happened to her twin brother. Jack is the star hockey player inevitably heading to the NHL. All he sees is a girl hell bent on blowing up his team, thus ruining his life. He couldn’t let that happen.
*This story has MANY triggers that some may find disturbing. Check the author’s web pages for triggers.* I found the CNC and DubCon to be well written, conveying the punishment and humiliation meant for Aviva to feel, to be stronly written and pleasurably graphic.
Spiciness level I’d give a 3.75/5 🌶️. Many intimate scenes, but some felt rushed and not well thought out. Jack was always upfront and demanding of sex and control. Aviva seemed to not have as much growth as Jack did.
I wish time was better described. At times, I found it quite hard to track how long they had known each other. The passage of time didn’t flow.
Would read again.
