No one does it better then Lucy Score! If Knockemout were a real place, I would pack up my house and move there tomorrow! I never want to leave this world!
This is one of my most anticipated reads of this year, I loved the first book soooo much and I couldn't wait to get to Nash and Lina's story. It did not disappoint and if I am being totally honest, I loved it even more then the first book! This book is nonstop entertainment. I was either swooning, laughing, or fanning my face the entire book.!
Lina is just an FMC after my own heart. I can't even articulate properly how much I love her. She is so badass, independent and so damn funny! Her freak outs over her relationship with Nash had me keeled over with laughter and all her sass and witty come backs and her friendships with the other characters was perfection.
Nash. This MAN! This vulnerable, sweet, simping, infuriating, stubborn, pain in the ass man! I love him. He is so perfect for Lina. I loved how the story showed him dealing with PTSD and how he comes to terms with his past. And the dog!!!! The romance is so, so good. That epilogue was EVERYTHING! Yes, I totally cried!
The reason these books are so good besides the crazy good romance, are the external relationships! -The girls! Naomi, Sloane and Lina steal the show with their friendship, I laughed so hard with them and all of their many antics throughout the book. (boozy girls time, Halloween)
- Stef and Lina working out together with the senior citizens.
-The soccer game!
-The town in everyone's business
Now I have to just countdown the days until we get Lucien and Sloanes book! Also, am I the only one that really hopes she writes a book for Stef and Jeremiah?!
