This book ruined me and fixed me at the same time.
Patrick Ness has a gift. He can make you enter in the story you are reading and feel every single feeling. I waw scared. I was emotional. I wanted to cry. I wanted to scream. It made me feel so many things.
He takes depression and cancer without romanticizing them, and gives them to the reader raw, how they really are. And this is what it maked it a beautiful book.
The monster came to the protagonist. It came to say three stories. Every single story has its meaning. Its general meaning and its meaning for Conor.
I just dont know what to say for this amazing book.
I wouldnt reread it because it hurts a lot but i surely recomend it!
