What absolute dribble. I was given this as a present by some of my PhD students once I landed a job that will require more management. "Surrounded by Idiots" is so full of fallacies that it is hard to even believe this was able to sell. Maybe it is a good thing for a middle manager to at least to think about different personality types, but the novel is so definite and conflicting in places that it might do the opposite of what the author (who has no formal training in psychology, let along behavioural psychology) wanted to achieve. Avoid at all costs.
