Sorrow and Starlight by Caroline Peckham, Susanne Valenti
5.0
I don’t know where to start;
There were so many emotions reading this mammoth book. I laughed, cried, I’m screamed and a few times got so angry I had to stop reading or I’d throw my kindle at the wall but it was definitely worth all of it in the end.
The title speaks the truth, while there’s is definitely a lot of pain, heartache and anger, there is also moments of love, laughter and sparkling joy.
The book is 1200+ but Caroline and Susanne managed to keep things refreshing, fun and entertaining by adding the extra POV’s and some sneaky easter eggs.
There’s so much more depth and new information in this book, I absolutely loved every second of it. I continue to be invested by favourite characters but I’m getting more intrigued and excited by the new POV’s. The character development is incredible. I’ve grown from despising some characters to absolutely loving them.
I’m so excited to see what happens nexts and hoping for a HEA in the finale.
