I liked this book more than I expected. I also expected it to be much more fun than it was, but it was more reflective and sad. I was also annoyed by the memory of her perfect husband. No one is that perfect and no marriage is that easy.

Elizabeth Berg writes beautifully and I just enjoyed reading some of the paragraphs. I think I may not have enjoyed this book when I was younger. It has a very reflective quality to it.
