i am so bummed. i had such a spectacular time with 1 & 2, the gore, the psychology, the crimes, i devoured them. this book was the complete opposite. a chore to get through - such long and unnecessary filler writing about foods and weapons and a mustang and eels man & not near enough violence or other action to make up for how hard this book drug on and on and on.
it doesn’t make it any easier or better that nearly every single main character here, Paul, Hannibal, Mason etc etc just are horrible and soul sucks of individuals.
ALSO MAYBE ITS JUST ME BUT i’m RATHER UPSET BY THE ENDING.
i’m gonna read the fourth & final & pray i don’t hate it. may not even finish it.
