This is retelling of Cinderella. I thought it would follow the original story. I found to be a unique retelling. Yes there was a fairy “godmother” and an “evil” step-sister. I really liked the changes and a new look at a story I’ve known my entire life. This was a sweet Charming story. A great quick read for just before bed. What can be better than a fairy tale at bedtime? This is series and I really looked forward to reading the rest.
