This memoir is incredibly powerful to read. As someone who has struggled with body image myself, it was like reading my own thoughts at some point. Her change in how she views herself and improves herself is incredibly inspiring. The only part that I did not relate to is when she discourages classes and running, and as someone who loves both of those things, I didn't agree. But this book has got me interested in weight-lifting; it's not something that I've ever explored, but maybe I'll put my gym membership to good use and try it because of how she writes it. I enjoyed this book a lot, but sometimes I felt like I was back in that obsessive headspace.
