Well, firstly, lets say I’m billing N.R. Walker for my dentistry work because this book was so sweet! This has been on my TBR since I started to use Goodreads and one of my fellow readers in a group recommended this to me. My goodness, I’m glad that they did.
The story tells the tale from both Michael’s and Bryson’s point of view. Michael being a successful realtor who has worked from the bottom up and Bryson, who was born into money but wants to prove himself. It starts off as no strings, uncomplicated sexy fun but, emotions gets involved and feelings grow.
I loved how this book was written from beginning to end. I was lost in the illusion and right there with the characters. That is what I seek in when reading and N.R. Walker never fails. From beginning to end you can clearly see the growth of the story. Even though you know where it is going, you can’t help but read on to see how it unfolds.
The book was sweet, hot and very easily read but I was left wanting a little angst in the book. Even though it was touched on, I feel that it could have been taken further. I will not mention anything more on the topic and leave it for you to decide.
On that basis, I have rated this 4 stars. It was a fantastic novel and easily read and I would definitely read it again down the line.
