That One Moment by Amy Daws
5.0
So... I listened to this one on audio. This is the second book in the London Lovers series. This story focuses on Hayden and Vi. They meet at the very end of Not the One. The first thing I need to say is the narration for the book was outstanding. There was a male and female narrator and they dual narrated throughout the whole thing, just like in normal conversation rather than chapter to chapter. And I can state for a fact that there is nothing hotter than a man with a British accent narrating sex scenes. So hot!
The story was amazing. Hayden has lived a tough life over the past 4 years since his sister died. He has overcome suicide attempts, depression and rehab. He is focusing on staying on the straight and narrow. The thing is that he falls for Vi and is troubled by how his feelings for her make him feel out of control. He has maintained that he is not going to have any relationships. Vi is just about the cutest character out there. An independant woman who is trying to show everyone that she can take care of herself without her 4 brothers and Hayden trying to manage her life.
