I knew it wasn’t going to be spicy and more of a light and cute read, but because of that I expected more from the plot and detail. The whole book revolves around a scavenger hunt, which gets boring, it also makes the personal moments between the characters seem random and misplaced. The humor and banter was good! I found the MC a little annoying and immature. There are lots of cringe moments but it was cute. The “spice” was not spicy, but more realistic. I really wanted to live this book but it took way too long for them to get together, and then everything was rushed. This was not a slow burn, this was an eternal burn.
I would not reread this book :(
