Determined to prove she can do things alone, Orie signs up for the Survivor show and gets cast for a romantic spinoff with a one million dollar prize. She comes face to face with her old high school crush Remy, and must navigate old feelings while trying to win the show. As the game progresses, she makes new friends and discovers some people aren't being honest about themselves/their intentions.
This is a fun book concept, something I've never read before. I love a good trash TV show and I think this was written good enough to portray that setting. I found myself questioning the characters and even the FMC. I do wish she would've stood up for herself prior to the finale. In addition, it would have been more interesting with multi POV versus only from Orie's POV.
