I felt so much for Haven. This book made you want to reach in there and comfort her.
I loved Haven the whole time. I am glad she got away from her first marriage. I am glad she got help and realized that it was not her fault in the end.
I think Hardy being the person who helped her the most (next to Gage and Jack) was excellent. From getting to dislike Hardy in the end of Sugar Daddy when he was introduced in this book I knew he would have to do ALOT to win me back over. Helping Haven did that. He was exactly what she needed to help herself.
Learning more about Hardy made me understand why he was so hard to be around.
I loved that we continued to see the Travises in this book. I love that family. I was sad to lose one of them in this book though!
