I saw the movie based on this book many years ago and absolutely loved it. I decided to listen to the audio version of White Oleander on a whim and couldn’t stop. The prose is gorgeous, and the story is devastating. Like the movie, I don’t think I’m going to be able to shake these characters for a while, they’re so real and well-developed. I think I’m going to purchase a physical copy so I can read this again. Amazing! 💜 Oh and side note, Oprah Winfrey narrates the audio book and does such a fantastic job.
