This was a excellent conclusion to what has become one of my favorite paranormal romance series. Lucky, Dagon, and Dimitri are so great together, and I'm so happy they got their HEA.

I can't say much about the plot since this is the fourth book in the series, but I can say that this is the conclusion to Lucifer's issues and the rebellion in hell, and I found they way it all shook out to be incredibly satisfying. I also really liked that the relationship plot (both Lucky's history/backstory and seeing how these characters will fall in love) didn't feel as though it was pushed aside for the series plot. We got plenty of time with the characters as the relationship developed and as Dagon and Dimitri learned more about Lucky and what has been going on with him.

My only "concern" going into this book would be that Lucky would be like a third wheel in this very long, established on-again, off-again relationship with Dagon and Dimitri, but I didn't feel that way at all when I read the book. I think it helped that Lucky literally voiced that an serious concern for him as well, which allowed the triad to work through that to make sure their relationship was strong and balanced between them. Dagan and Dimitri have loved each other for years, yes, but it didn't at all diminish what they feel for Lucky or the unique things he brings to the relationship. He allows Dagan and Dimitri to provide a level of care and protection to him that they couldn't to each other, and I think that's really lovely.

Three Things:
1. This was easily the spiciest book in the series. These characters have some serious chemistry together.
2. Lucky's first reaction to meeting Micah? Brilliant.
3. Dimitri's guilt gutted me, especially because if Dagon had taken 3 seconds and trusted him, so much of what happened, wouldn't have happened. But, the fact that even after all that, he never gave up? He deserves the world for sure.

While I am sad to see this series end because I love these characters so much, I'm so glad to know that Lark Taylor is going to continue writing in this world so I don't have to completely let them go. Plus, I am so freaking excited to get Ferry's book. That smokeshow needs an HEA pronto. And, of course, I can't wait to get Toby & Blaise's book. I have a feeling those two may end up my favorite couple.

Basically what I'm saying it that this series is a must read, and Lark Taylor is officially an auto-read author for me.
