24 y/o Veronika decides to die despite having a good job, a good family and everything "normal" in her life, she wanted to end her life because she was fed up of same chores everyday, she had no excitement left in her life, so her best solution was to not wait for the death, and attempt suicide happily, but her deliberate attempt of killing herself with pills was a failure, she eventually ended up in mental asylum. she learned that her heart is damaged because of those pills, & only has one week left. What has she done with her remaining days ? how were the people in the mental asylum? answers are in the book ofcourse, happy reading or maybe not ! 

this book questions our sanity, what is NORMAL for us, the things we see is not actually the things are, there are so many philosophical things mentioned in the book,it showcase various important topics and about mental illness,  panic attack, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia symptoms 

i can't even finish telling & ruin that for you. 
this midnight thoughts always occurs  in our mind sometimes when we really think about human mind, the afterlife,  but we push it aside because of our responsibilities in society, we all have gone through that phase
