I'm a bona fide mood reader and this period is not for too sweet reads.
This novella is a bit too cute for my current reading mood.
Fake relationship with a single mother and a sports romance. It kinda has it all!
It is a part of a series that I assume is equally sweet. I liked the characters, I liked the writing and even though I didn't enjoy it as much because of the above-mentioned reasons, I do give it 4 stars.
I'm pretty sure I would enjoy the whole series at some point in the future.
Don't let my mood deter you from reading!
