12 horror stories. 12 authors. 1 anthology. From dead men walking to powerful islands and hallways that call to you, Dark Stars encompasses all types of horror sub genres. Written by award winning authors and debut talent.

Anthologies are always on a spectrum for me. There’s stories that resonate with me and others that do not quite reach me. Unfortunately, Dark Stars was not a hit for me. I’ve been trying to read a story here and there to get through it for the last couple months. I’ve skimmed some, read some and then DNF’d others. This one just fell short as a whole. Personally, each story was just too slow for my taste.

As always, if you’re keen to try definitely pick up a book. My opinion is my own and definitely not all encompassing. Check it out for yourself! Thank you @tornightfire for the copy in exchange for an honest review, 2✨.
