The Sea of Monsters by Rick Riordan

3.0

I liked this one better than the first part. The storyline was more gripping and (for me) more interesting as in the first book. I liked the addition of Tyson and that we get to know more about Greek mythologie and literature (Odysseus). I loved the Hippocampi, the pegasi and the people eating sheeps. :P

I'm glad that all the "Clarisse is so mean and nasty" characterisation got toned down a bit. I really don't like such "over" characterisation like we had in the first book.

I'm looking forward to the next part.
