A wonderful stream of consciousness from Murakami on all things life. Although his running journey is the focus, really it’s life lessons and somewhat spiritual. It’s very abstract but has many excellent anecdotes about the trials and tribulations of living. There is no need to have read Murakami’s actual books to enjoy this.
