I have found a new author! This Christian fiction legal medical suspense novel really hit the mark! Caroline is starting a new job as legal council for Praecursoria. A company that runs experimental trials/develops cancer treatments. She has just leveled up her friendship with Brandon. He runs a group foster home that focuses on keeping sibling's together. One of his "kids" has leukemia.
Caroline's enthusiastic boss wants to enroll Brandon's ward in the experimental trials prematurely. Caroline objects.
