Not my favorite Christie, but all of them are fun, so a pretty good time nonetheless. This one felt a little slower, calmer, and less wacky than usual, but not a completely unwelcome change of pace. Gosh, I love anything Agatha Christie writes. This one just isn’t a memorable one for me personally, although it is different. A little sadder, more introspective. But as always, I never could have foreseen the ending. A solid, gently thoughtful, dependable read.
