I'm giving it a 4.75 just because I wasn't satisfied with the ending, but it wasn't terribly bad to ruin the whole story.
Besides that, this was such an enjoyable book to me. I liked how they talked about the murder at the start of the book because it made me engage immediately as I wanted to know more details. I has a very juicy plot-twist. I think anyone who enjoyed suspense stories could enjoy it too, even if the rest of the story doesn't convince them. Theo is the narrator of the story and he takes us along his journey while treating and learning about Alicia, his new patient. It takes place in this psyquiatric hospital located in London. All the mystery aside, I enjoyed how he made the weather part of the story, describing the skies, streets, and locations surrounding them.
I consider it a fast-paced easy read. I think it's a good book for anyone who is just starting to read and is interested in this type of genre. I recommend it!
