Totally love this second chance story!
This book had me going in so many directions emotionally the whole time. It was wonderful, it was angsty, and it was thoroughly enjoyable to read. The writer being non-native to the US was a little odd at times when American characters would use non-American turns of phrase and have inner thoughts/narration using non-American phrasing, but otherwise this book had me sucked in from the start. Who wouldn't want their own dominating Dr Stanton?
