This book made me reflect a lot about racism not only that exists in the world, but also changing the focus from Mexico to Puerto Rico. I have seen many of the anecdotes that Tenoch tells in my country; some consciously and many others unconsciously, the latter being the response to the system that surrounds us. I really liked how the actor emphasizes that he is not an expert on the subject nor an academic, but he uses his experiences and the education he has had throughout his career to convey a message. “Racism is not just an act, but an entire system.”
