This took me so long to get through for so many reasons, none of which have anything to do with the actual book.
I will say I struggled to feel much while reading it, but yet again that is more of a me problem than the book itself!! A very fun cast of characters etc
I hesitate to rate it any lower or higher just because I feel my personal circumstances colored the way I read this book in so many ways, but it was a nice and calm journey and I’m glad I finally finished a real book so go me for that at least
Shoutout to Ella for telling me to read it! Idk if you are seeing this Ella, especially because I’m basically using my review as a journal, but it was indeed a nice read so thanks for calling it to my attention :)
