Secrets of a Summer Night by Lisa Kleypas
5.0
"i was wrong when i told you that i didn't know where i belonged. i do. with you, simon. nothing matters except being with you. you're stuck with me forever and i'll never listen when you tell me to go. so you may as well stop complaining and resign yourself to it."
giggling and kicking my feet
simon and annabelle won me over from the very first page. both of them were well rounded characters, with great personalities and depth, and i loved how much they craved one another.
i love that there was no major conflict or miscommunication in the story. when we got to the 70% mark, i was so anxious waiting for somthing to go wrong, but instead the narrative just took a more realistic approach and??? amazing choice, lisa kleypas 👏👏👏 can't wait to continue reading the series!
