A sweet book, but the novella format meant that it wasn't as complete as it could've been. I would have liked to have seen some of the previous characters. Even better, I would have liked to have seen a plausible solution to the difficulties that Rose and Stephen faced. Leaving it at "they love each other, so everything will be okay" is a bit of a cop-out, especially for a series that prides itself on the strength of its heroines.
