With Toby and Sephy now adulting, I welcomed the introduction of a new generation of teens - Libby and Troy.
It was interesting to see where Toby and Sephy’s lives took them, but I really loved the chapters from the teens perspective. Due to their families past and connections, the teens are kidnapped and it was fun watching them unravel family secrets whilst trapped in a tense dangerous situation. I was excited to see how they were going to get out of this mess.
The book ends on a cliff hanger, so I’ll have to read the next book to see if I like how it ends. That’s the only reason I knocked off some stars. I wanted a satisfyingly conclusion, but Malorie Blackman isn’t a bad thing.
