I guess I was expecting a medical memoir - a genre I seek out. But this book was a combination of a guide to meditation which then continued in the vein of "The Secret" (best selling self-help book). Although the author had a few medical stories, his self-avowed arrogance and his poor attitude left me cold about this book.
