Not my favorite in the series. Jordan *really* becomes himself in this book in that there are a lot of meandering chapters leading up to an absolutely bonkers of an epic ending that makes it all worthwhile.
Still better than 90% of other books I've read, just doesn't quite live up to the standards of the rest of the series.
That said... Lanfear remains one of my favorite characters of all time.
