I thought I wouldn't make it out alive of this book. But I actually did. For the second time.
There was a period of my life wherein I was obsessed with Wattpad books and recently I had been craving to read a summer YA romance and this book popped up on a list. As I continued to read, I realize that I have read this book before.
And it's not just any book. At the back of my mind, I keep remembering this moment in a book wherein two people keep exchanging a five-dollar bill throughout their relationship. I did not think that it was this one.
Was I glad to have read this book? Nope. But was I glad that I've found it once more? Certainly. Now, I can sleep more 0.01% more peacefully knowing that I the book I've been trying to rack my brain for is here.
Alright, let's get to the review.

Rating: ★
When I was a teenager, I have probably enjoyed this--maybe even finished this trilogy. But now...
The narration is too damn long.
The leads are not interesting.
Why are we romanticising people with serious problems and their poor behavior and call it a bad boy trope?
I may have made a thousand eye rolls reading this book.

The things that I like
☽ It's very nostalgic. if you've read from Wattpad before then you do know that this was how the books were written over there. It brought back a lot of feels from my teenage years.
☽ And yes, they are bad but they do fucking know how to send butterflies to your stomach. There were certain moments wherein there were nice happenings in the book with all that forbidden romance.
☽ DEAN. Where the fuck are the books wherein we do actually have a good boy lead? I NEED THEM.

In sum:
Would I recommend this book to anyone? Yes, to those who loved to read books from Wattpad.
