This was okay read. 3⭐
I somehow expected more (after reading Daughter of the pirate king, which was awesome). The idea and the plot itself are really good. This was just too predictable 🙈
I figured out right away who was going to betray who and who was going to be the love interest.
I like the fact that this has a strong female lead, who finds that it is okay to be strong and want to feel loved.
Rasmira's growth was the best part for me to follow.
This is a great action filled fantasy and the world is really cool and interesting.
This is not bad in any means, I think I just have too high expectations for books now. I have read so many great books lately that I expect too much.
