A 2012 tumblr-era time-capsule, nostalgic and reflective as someone who grew up as a teen on the internet around this time. Reflects and explores the high school experience in a way that I haven't often seen in other media. If you reblogged a lot of of The Perks of Being A Wallflower or The Breakfast Club on Tumblr in the early 2010s, this book might be for you.
Graphic: Self harm, Suicidal thoughts, and Eating disorder
Moderate: Fire/Fire injury, Suicide, and Self harm
Minor: Homophobia and Bullying
Specifics of the content (specifically suicide and esting disorder related) will vary a little depending on whether you are reading the original release or the 2020 edited re-release. Oseman describes the 2020 edits as less "sensationalised" than the original.
