You know how sometimes you see a television/movie version of a novel and are just curious enough to go back and read the source material?
Yeah, well, I was just curious enough to finish this despite knowing what was going on in Wayward Pines, as at least there were some differences with what happened with Ethan's family.
Otherwise this is a typical Blake crouch thriller. Fast-paced, well-written and with what would have been an intriguing mystery had I not known what was going on.
Recommended if you haven't seen the TV show but if you have, there's no real need to return here.
